Completion of this application form does not guarantee you acceptance for a position within the KAMHA. While we do appreciate all those that apply, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
All accepted Team Officials (i.e., Coach, Assistant Coach, and Trainer) MUST complete the OHF Centralized Screening by By Clicking Here. Failure to do so will result in removal from the bench.
